Born and raised in Pampanga, I graduated in the University of the Assumption with Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. I have since been working in the financing industry and I started in banking.
My banking experience helped me to develop more of my communication skills because I am dealing with the client face to face and helping them provide their banking needs. It’s only been 2 years since I joined in Accounting Business Process Outsourcing and I did a lot of adjustments in terms of the process and new software that I’ll be using, but being able to help and provide assistance to the team and all of our clients is still my main role and my previous experience helped me to be able to perform this role well.
I am really happy to be part of this team. The whole team has always been nice and sweet and is always ready to give a helping hand when needed.
